How do you celebrate your ancestors and loved ones who have left their earthly vessel?

How do you celebrate your ancestors and loved ones who have left their earthly vessel? This is what Tina Nevin from Sweden does…

November 2nd is Dia de los Muertos, Day of the Dead.
The day when Gina Ogden died, in 2018.

It is a day to celebrate life and remember our dead family and friends.
It is a day of rituals.
It is a day when we can practice the four core dynamics for ourselves.
I will burn incense and clear the room before I decorate my altar, where photos of my loved ones are placed. I will gather flowers to place on the altar. I will dance in a circle, drum and sing for the dead. And most of all, be grateful.
Rituals are important and are one of the Four Core Dynamics of the Four-Dimensional Wheel used by practitioners.

Besides Ritualizing ordinary activities, we also need to create and hold space, direct movement, and concretize abstract concepts.

May love and life be good to you all!
Greetings from Tina Nevin, Sweden
