Tina Nevin
RN, BSc
I currently teach and do clinical supervision using the 4-Dimensional Wheel that Gina so generously shared, combining it with many decades of listening to client’s stories and witnessing their way towards healing.
As a midwife I have a touch license and use the 4-D wheel with clients before their guided vaginal examination. I have also previously worked in cancer rehab and with clients experiencing low sexual energy.
As a team we can learn from one another, strengthen each other, and bring energy to the whole network. The world is waiting for us to teach the Four Dimensional Wheel of Sexual Experience—Gina’s legacy! You are a part of a fantastic and important team!

4-D Specialties:
My area of specialty with 4-D is facilitating wheels for individuals, couples, and groups using movement/ body-centered modalities, religious/spiritual rituals, and archetypal processes. Two of my most favorite 4-D offerings are 5-month groups for women and day-long workshops for men.
4-D is magical, ethereal, and beyond words; no two are ever alike because once one steps into the wheel, who we are shifts and unfolds from moment to moment. It is the most effective way to heal for all participants.

4-D Specialties:
Infertility, infidelity recovery, and intimacy skills. I use the wheel in a variety of ways. I love that there is no one right way to use it. Sometimes, I draw it on my white board and use it to bring perspectives to a client in how we might approach our work. Sometimes, I put my wheel on the floor and we walk through it. Sometimes, I use my rocks (I have rocks with “Spiritual” “Mental” “Emotional” “Physical” painted on them) and I let clients hold them when they are working through their story. I also use the wheel in clinical supervision as I train other therapists to reach clients in creative ways.
I encourage other 4-D practitioners to continue to learn about the many ways to use the wheel and how to adapt it for short and longer term work with clients!
Dr. Lindsay Jernigan
Licensed Psychologist- Doctorate
4-D Specialty:
I specialize in using the Wheel individually with women who are ready to let go of old limiting patterns and step into their full authentic emotional, sensual, and creative freedom.
The Wheel promotes rapid release and transformational growth. It invites in movement, magic, truth and freedom, allowing participants to step into vibrant versions of themselves that have felt out of reach.

A light sense of humor for tricky conversations: Kristin’s approachable personality helps break sexuality into easily digestible pieces that empower people to develop their sexual identity, hone sexual values, and improve communication.
Catherine de Sauvage
LMFT, CST, SEP
Catherine de Sauvage was born in Belgium and graduated as a teacher in languages (English & Dutch). When she moved to San Francisco, she became a licensed marriage family therapist (2008) and later a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (2016) – Peter Levine’s method.
She first specialized in working with adolescents acting out while also co-facilitating Spanish-speaking groups with perpetrators of domestic violence. Her interest in a population constantly living in survival mode motivated her to work with incarcerated people in Redwood City, CA. She soon learned to navigate substance abuse & trauma.
Her exposure to jail populations helped her understand that sexual trauma is often at the source of substance abuse and crimes. Her goal now is to help less privileged people free themselves from sexual trauma. She works at Catherine’s Center’s project in San Mateo County, CA in order to introduce sexuality & the 4 D-Wheel to women living in group homes (after being released from jail).
She is certified as a sex therapist. She believes that reconnecting to our true instinct in our body can help us heal ourselves and feel alive again.
4-D Specialties: Working with women recovering from jail, sexual traumas and addiction to rebuild safety. Working with sex workers to de-shame their work & re-connect with their healing process. Working with couples to help each partner individuate & find their true voice. Working with women coming out & women trying to reconnect with their desire.
The wheel is powerful because it honors this principle: “Don’t teach, give them an experience”
Desiree Robinson
I use the 4-D wheel in my clinical work and in my coaching practice. A significant portion of my work is working with the intrapsychic messages people have around their bodies – especially larger shapes/sizes, religious/spiritual disconnect, intersectional cultural identities, traumatic loss for African Americans – all within the context of how these can disconnect us from intimate-sexual vitality and comfort.
My niche as a bariatric specialist often threads many of these elements within the stories of the women I support – their bodies becoming the currency for how they are able to operate in the world and how that impacts the ability to authentically be themselves in every facet – including sexually.
Too often we rely on the “rules” and ways of being – our survival mechanisms which are learned from family, culture, significant (and sometimes traumatic) life events. While it makes *perfect* sense to continue using our survival mechanisms based on our survival stories, these often disconnect us from our desires by creating contention in our everyday lives – particularly our relationship with ourselves. With the support of the 4-D wheel, I hold the container to allow people to allow the parts they work so hard to hide, suppress, conform and even deny the time and space to be witnessed and *properly* attuned to – with the utmost care and compassion.
My work is highly integrative and I utilize the 4-D when in conjunction with ego state therapy/parts work, attachment insights, emotion focused therapy, expressive therapy techniques (ie: sand tray, drawing, coloring, journaling, etc) in addition to relevant concepts that I pull from different forms of Yoga/Eastern Thought including Tantra, Kundalini Yoga, Hatha Yoga and (African) Diasporic Inspired Practices.
