WHAT TO BRING:
One item that represents what you want to let go of or release from your experience, and one item that represents what you want to invite into your experience. For example, you may bring a heart pendant to represent inviting in love, self-care, and living the life you love – and your other object may be a picture of a brain to represent letting go of old memories, habits, and negative thoughts. It doesn’t matter what the object is, as long as it’s important to you.
Donations will go towards the JEDI (Justice, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion) program through the
International Pelvic Pain Society, which provides scholarships to attend the conference!
